Steffanie holds a B.Sc. in Biotechnology from PUCPR and is currently a graduate student of Biotechnology at FIOCRUZ - Paraná. Her areas of interest include neglected diseases, cancer, and mitochondrion. She believes science is a powerful instrument to enhance people's lives; hence, she desires to work with translational science.
